大黄蒽醌类化合物的羟磷灰石吸附性能研究 被引量:7

摘要 【目的】观察大黄蒽醌类化合物对羟磷灰石的吸附作用。【方法】在浓度为0.125 mmol/L待测化合物乙醇溶液中加入羟磷灰石,12 h后以紫外分光光度法测定吸附前后溶液吸光度的变化,计算吸附值。以四环素为阳性对照。【结果】大黄酸、芦荟大黄素、大黄素、大黄酚的吸附能力分别为四环素的125%、20%、25%、14%。【结论】大黄酸具有强的羟磷灰石吸附能力,提示其可能具有骨亲和能力。 [ Objective] To observe binding of Radix anthraquinone compounds to hydroxyapatite (HA) in vitro. [ Methods] With tetracycline as the positive control, the binding value were calculated according to the difference between spectrophotometric of the tested compound in alcohol at concentration of 0.125 mol/L, and that of the same solutions with addition of HA for 12 h. [ Results] Comparing to that of tetracycline, the binding ability of Radix anthraquinone derivatives are respectively, rhein 125%, aloe emodin 30%, emodin 25%, chrysophanol 14%. [Conclusions] Rhein has strong binding ability to HA, which show the possibility of bone affinity.
