摘要
比较了自行制备的TiB2颗粒增强的Ni3Al基复合材料铸态和经热处理后的微观组织和高温压缩机械性能。结果显示,经1100℃×48h热处理后,TiB2颗粒的大小、形貌均有较大改变。TiB2颗粒增强Ni3Al基复合材料具有比基体高的弹性模量、屈服强度,但塑性有所降低。
The as-cast and heat treated microstructures and compression strength during high temperature of a Ni3Al matrix composite reinforced with TiB2 particles were studied. The results showed that the morphology of formed TiB2 particles obviously changed after 1100℃ x 48 hr. heat treatment. The composite exhibited a higher elasticity m0dulus and yield strength than that of the base alloy,but some loss of ductility.
