背部走罐加中药内服与西药外敷配合口服治疗痤疮的对照研究

Treatment effect contrast of moving cupping with taking Chinese medicine and Western medicine method for cases of facial acne vulgaris

【目的】探讨背部走罐加中药内服与西药外敷配合口服治疗痤疮的疗效对比。【方法】纳入118例患者,随机分为治疗组(背部走罐加中药内服,n=60)和对照组(西药外敷配合口服,n=58),评估2种治疗方法的疗效。【结果】两组方法均对座疮有一定疗效,治疗组效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】背部走罐加中药内服在痤疮治疗中有良好效果,值得推广。

[Objective] To investigate the comparative curative effect of treating facial acne between movable cupping on back with internal Tradational Chinese medicine and internal and external internal and westem medicine. [ Methods] 118 patients were divided randomly into treatment groups （movable cupping on back with internal Tradational Chinese medicine） and control group （internal and external western medicine）. [Results] The two treatments were effecive; the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. [Conclusions] The treatment of movable cupping on back with in- ternal Tradational Chinese medicine is significantly effective.
