某部军事训练伤发生情况调查分析

Survey on military training injuries among three months training

【目的】了解部队军事训练伤发生的特点和规律,为防治伤病提供科学依据。【方法】根据《中国人民解放军军事训练伤诊断分类标准》进行统计分类,计算不同类别、部位伤病人数的分布情况。【结果】常见的致伤科目主要是擒敌,5km跑和400米障碍,分别占22.16%、18.56%、13.77%;按损伤的数量排序,前三位的训练伤分别的是暴力所致骨折(24.55%),关节扭伤(22.46%),软组织挫伤(17.96%);按损伤部位排序,前三位依次是下肢(50.90%),上肢(29.64%),腰腹部(11.08%)。【结论】根据调查结果,可以有针对的实施预防保护措施。

[Objective] To survey the characteristics and pattern of military training injuries for supplying a scientific preventive measures to reduce the injury in military training. [Methods] All data had been classified according to the diagnosis standard of PLA of China for analysis. [Results] The most common subjects may cause injuries were catching enemys, 5 km＇s running and 400m＇s obstacle, up to 22.16%, 18.56% and 13.77% respectively. According to quantity of injuries, the first injury was violence bone fracture （24.55%）, then sprain of joint （22.46%） and soft tissue bruise （17.96%）. For the spot of injury, the first three positions were legs （50.90%）, upper limbs （29.64%） and waist and belly （ 11.08% ）. [ Conclusions] The results may give some revelation for lowering the incidence of training injury.
