摘要
在大量实测热作模具钢的材料性能、模具的失效分析、失效类型统计，以及部分模具钢的同种模具使用寿命对比试验的基础上，探索用下列公式进行选材：铝合金压铸模：（310／A＋0.08B＋0．019C＋60／D＋0．06E）／1．8铜合金压铸模：（742／A＇＋0．125B＇＋0．038C＇＋360／D＇＋0．06E＇）／2．
On the basis of large number measures for material properties of various bot-working die steel,failure analysis and statistics,service life test for the same kind die of some steels,the calculation formula for materials selection were summarized as follows:(310/A+0.08B+0.019C+ 60/D+0.06E)/1. 8(for aluminun alloy die-casting dies)(742/A' +0. 125B' +0.038C' +360/D' +0. 06E')/2. 02(for copper alloy die-casting dies)
