摘要
目前,在世界石油产量下降、国际石油价格大幅震荡的形势下,中国的石油安全面临严峻挑战。本文分析了影响我国石油安全的国内因素和国外因素,并根据给出的6个指标对我国当前的石油安全程度进行综合评价,最后提出了调整石油安全战略的具体建议。
At present, in the situation of the decline of world oil production and the fluctuation of international oil price, China＇ s oil security is confronted with serious challenges. This paper analyzes the national factors and international factors which impact our oil security, evaluates the level of our oil security on the basis of the given six indicators and puts forward some recommendations for adjusting China＇ s oil security strategy.
