摘要
以现代产权制度理论为依据,剖析了我国传统产权制度存在的产权关系不顺、产权结构不合理、企业治理机制不完善、产权配置凝固化等缺陷。探讨了在新的经济环境下,以权利的界定为基础,建立能够实现风险责任与财产控制权和支配权相匹配、提高国有产权的可交易性和可流动性、提高适应市场能力的中国式现代产权制度的思路。
This article, taking modern property system theory as a basis, analyzes disadvantages in the traditional property system such as improper relations, unreasonable property structure, incomplete corporate governance and improper allocation of property rights. It studies the ideas of Chinese-style modern property system on the basis of right definition, which can make risk responsibility match property control right and eminent domain, improve transaction and liquidity of state-owned property rights under the new economic environment.
