长春市主导产业优势实证分析

Empirical analysis on advantages of leading industry in Changchun

主导产业是经济发展的"驱动力",它的高速发展能带动地区的工业化进程,进而促进地区的经济繁荣。2005年《长春市国民经济和社会发展第十一个五年规划纲要》提出建立"二三五"多元化产业发展体系,将汽车和农产品加工定为两大支柱产业,光电信息、生物医药和现代物流定为三大主导产业。本文依据主导产业必须具备的4个基本特征,分析长春市主导产业存在的优势和劣势,并提出进一步推动长春市主导产业发展的对策。

leading industy is the ＂drive force＂ of the economic development, and its speedy development can encourage the industrialization process so as to stimulate the regional economy prosperity. Changchun Eleventh Five-year Plan of National Economy and Social Development published in 2005 proposed to establish ＂two-three-five＂ multi-industry development system, in which automobile and ag- ricultural products processing were positioned as two mainstay industries and optoelectronic information, bio-medieine and modem logis- tics as three leading industries. Based on the four basic features, this article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of leading industries in Changchun and puts forward corresponding countermeasures of promoting the leading industry development.
