摘要
分析了1Cr18Ni9Se钢轧制劈裂的产生原因,认为与晒化物沿轧制方向呈长条状分布有关,指出适当的加热温度与提高终轧温度对控制轧制劈裂有利。
The reason for the splitting produced during the rolling of 1cr18Ni9Se steei had been studied. The results showed that the splitting was in relation with the formation of strip type selenides paralleled to the rolling direction. It was suggested that the proper heating temperature and increasing finish rolling temperature could effectively reduce the probability of splitting occurrence.
