摘要
掺加PR.S添加剂在大幅提高沥青混合料高温性能的同时,造成了其水稳定性能一定程度的下降,为此,采用水泥作为填料对其高温及水稳定性能进行研究.试验结果表明,采用水泥替代矿粉作为填料后,对掺加PR.S添加剂沥青混合料的高温性能几乎没有影响,其稳定度和劈裂强度也没有明显提高;而其残留稳定度和劈裂强度比却得到了很大的提高,甚至已经超过了未掺加PR.S添加剂时沥青混合料的对应数值.这说明采用水泥替代矿粉以提高普通沥青混合料水稳定性能的方法,同样适合于掺加PR.S添加剂沥青混合料的情况.同时,掺加PR.S添加剂并采用水泥替代矿粉作为填料的复合改性沥青混合料,适合于重载高温且降水量较大的地区采用.
While the PR. S additive highly, improved the high temperature performance of asphalt mixture, the immersion stability performance on a certain degree was declined, so the cement as a filler is used for studying the high temperature and immersion stability performances. The results show that, using the cement as a filler, there are no impacts on the high temperature performance, neither do the marshell stability and the split strength; nor the residual stability and the TRS are highly improved, even exceed the original mixture, which explains that using the cement as a filler also is used for the asphalt mixture with PR. S additive added as for the common mixture. Meanwhile, the complex modified asphalt mixture using the cement as a filler and with the PR. S additive added, is suit able for the heavy-load high-temperature area with large rainfall.
