Comparison of the Employment Situation of the Chemical Undergraduate in Nanjing Normal University of Recently Four Years

新形势下,高校本科生就业工作面临严峻的形势。本文通过对南京师范大学化学专业最近四届本科毕业生就业情况的比较研究,从中总结出一些规律,分析了存在的问题和成因,进而寻求相应的对策,以期更有效地做好化学专业本科生的就业教育和指导工作。

College students are facing severe employment situation under new situation. This paper has made the comparisons among the recent four years of the graduates and analyzed the problems and factors existing in it. It also proposes some suggestions for the employment.
