摘要
结合有机化学课程教学改革实践,本文就如何在课堂教学中注重创新人才培养问题进行了探讨,阐述了教学理念、教学内容、教学手段和教学方法等方面的改革,以期为切实提高新时期人才培养质量提供借鉴。
This paper discusses the issue of training innovative talents by classroom teaching. It also in troduces the new concept of teaching, teaching contents, means of teaching and teaching approach.
