摘要
青年教师是高校的未来。随着市场经济的转轨和高校的发展,高校青年教师的队伍也越来越壮大,价值观念的多元化既增强了青年教师的主体意识,也使他们在价值取向上充满着矛盾与冲突。本文拟通过对高校青年教师思想道德现状的分析,以及如何加强青年教师思想道德教育等提出一些看法。
The young teachers are the future of colleges and universities. The young teaching staff is expanding with market economic transition and university development. The pluralism of value concepts enhances the subject consciousness of young teachers, also makes youth imbued with contradiction and conflict of value orientation. In this paper, the current moral situation of young teachers is analyzed, and some opinions on how to strengthen the moral education are proposed.
