摘要
本文梳理了劳动关系的内涵和现阶段我国不和谐劳动关系的表现形式和后果。在此基础上,作者提出社会保险是政府改善不和谐劳动关系的重要举措。
This article analyzes the culture of labor relations and its unharmonious effects. Based on this, the author put forwards that social insurance is the essential task which our government could take on improving labor relations.
