摘要
综述了钛生物医学材料在体液中的耐蚀性能.主要阐述了局部腐蚀、磨损腐蚀、腐蚀疲劳和应力腐蚀破裂等4种腐蚀形式.进而展望了目前钛生物材料的研究动向及应用前景.
The corrosion resistance of Ti biomedical materials in body fluids was reviewed. The main corrosion types including local corrosion, fretting corrosion, corrosion fatigue and stress corrosion cracking were introduced. It was showed that the titanium and titanium alloys were superior in local corrosion resistance than stainless steel and cobalt alloy.But something must be done to make further improvement FOR the fretting corrosion resistance and compatibility.The effective methods may be surface modification and the careful selection of foic free alloying elements such as Zr, Nb, Ta, Pd, Sn and so on. The development of Ti biomedical materials is also discussed at the end of the paper.
