The Development Process of Comprehensive Administration of Social Security since the Reform and Opening up

改革开放30年来,社会治安综合治理经历了三个发展阶段:一是社会治安综合治理方针的萌生和确立,二是社会治安综合治理政策体系的形成与发展;三是社会治安综合治理的承续与深化。

In the 30 years since the reform and opening up, there has been three phases of the comprehensive administration of social security： firstly, the initiation and establishment of the idea of comprehensive administration of social security; secondly, the formation and development of the policy system of comprehensive administration of social security; thirdly, the further development of comprehensive administration of social security.
