《中国法学向何处去》一书中,邓正来先生从知识内部视角和先验知识批判为特征的"知识—法学"路径论证了"中国法律理想图景"实是"西方法律理想图景"在中国特定时空中的镜像。然而,邓先生的知识路径实是知识一元论,其结果导致了以"作为知识的法学"取代"作为法学的知识"作为其论说的前提。

In the book Jurisprudence of China： Where to Go,Professor. DENG tries to prove that, as a matter of fact ,＂China＇s legal ambition prospect＂ is a mirror image of ＂western legal ambition prospect＂ in the special spacetime of China by the way of ＂knowledge-law＂ with the characteristics of visual angle of knowledge itself-inside and critique of transcendental knowledge. The target of this article is to prove that the knowledge method of Professor DENG falls into knowledge monism, which leads to replace ＂knowledge as law＂ with ＂law as knowledge＂ as his theory＇s presupposition.
