摘要
用微弧氧化技术处理纺织机械中高速旋转的零部件和易损件.氧化层厚度可以控制在几十~200μm,显微硬度可达HV0.1800以上.对于某些零部件的沟区、内表面及溶液不易流动的区域,氧化层质量也较高.
The wear resisting ceramic layer was prepared by microarc oxidation on the surface of high speed rotating components of textile machines. This ceramic layer has a compact structure and controllable thickness, and exhibits a fine adhesion, as well as good wear resistance. Therefore spinning properties and the service life of components can be improved greatly.
