摘要
目的通过递增负荷运动训练观测大鼠血清、骨骼肌和心肌组织中丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和活性氧(ROS)的含量变化。方法采用递增负荷强度游泳大鼠建立力竭运动训练模型检测相关指标。结果机体血清或组织中MDA和ROS并不随运动强度和时间的增加而呈直线增加趋势;抗氧化系统(SOD)也并非随运动强度和时间增加而呈直线下降趋势。结论递增负荷游泳运动中,大鼠血清、骨骼肌、心肌的自由基代谢的产生和抗氧化系统之间的消长关系存在组织间的变化差异。
Objective The study is to measure the serum, MDA, SOD and ROS in some skeletal muscle and cardiac muscle of rats through incremental load training. Methods Using the incremental load swimming training, the study established overtraining model in rats. Results The serum or the MDA, SOD and ROS showed no appar- ent dramatic increase with intensity and time increase of exercises, while the oxidation resistance system (SOD) also by no means increase along with the intensity and time increase of exercises. Conclusion In incremental load swimming training, there are some organizational differences among rats' serum, skeletal muscle and relations between the production of free radical metabolism and oxidation resistance system in cardiac muscle.
