摘要
目的观察苦参碱对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂代谢及其抗氧化能力的影响。方法采用高脂饲料喂养健康SD大鼠4周,筛选成模高血脂大鼠,给予苦参碱(50、100和200mg/kg·d)连续灌胃4周,观察其对高血脂大鼠血脂值及抗氧化能力的影响。结果苦参碱可明显降低高脂血症大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、动脉硬化指数(AI)(P<0.05,P<0.01),提高机体超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性并降低丙二醛(MDA)的含量(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论苦参碱可降低实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂;抑制脂质过氧化,增强抗氧化能力。
Objective To study the effects of Matrine on serum hpid and peroxidation in hyperlipidemic rats. Methods A hypercholesterolemia model was established by feeding SD rats with high lipid diets for 4 weeks, The Matrine was simultaneously supplemented to rats by gastric administration, according to three different dosage 50, 100 and 200 mg/kg/day, to evaluate the effects on the reduction of lipid,anti -oxidation . Results Compared with the high lipid diet model control group, The rats serum total cholesterol (TC) ,Triglyceride(TG) ,atherosclerotic index(AI) and MDA were reduced( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ), the activities of SOD and GSH -PX were enhanced after feeding with Matrine( P 〈 0.05, P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion Matrine may contribute to the reduction of hyperlipidemia, inhibition of oxidative modification and improvement of the antioxidation ability in hyperlipidemic rats.
