摘要 基于裂纹漏磁场实验结果,分析磁化磁场强度、裂纹深度、裂纹宽度和裂纹埋藏深度对裂纹漏磁场的影响.阐述集成霍尔元件对局部漏磁场的检测特点及三维漏磁场信号的准确获取方法.集成霍尔元件和现代信息处理技术的结合可实现铁磁性材料的表面和近表面裂纹的自动定量检测. The relationship between the magnetic leakage flux caused by flaws and related factors such as magnetization and flaw depth, width and embedded depth is discussed based on experimental results of magnetic leakage flux testing. Characteristics of localized magnetic leakage flux testing by using integrated Hal! elements and collection of three-dimensional leakage flux are described. Automatic quantitative evaluation of surface or near-surface flaws in ferromagnetic materials can be realized by means of integrated Hall elements and modern signal processing technique.
