涡流法是电厂汽轮机叶片定期检验的重要方法.用电蚀法在叶片上制作裂缝状的人工缺陷,对叶片缺陷尺寸和涡流信号响应特征之间的关系进行了定性分析和研究,为叶片提供了一种切实可行的涡流检测方法.
Eddy current technique is important for periodical inspection of power station turbine lobes. The relationship between the defects in a lobe and the characteristics of eddy current signals is qualitatively analyzed and studied by the lobe with different artificial defects.
