将20份土样经平板初筛,摇瓶初筛、复筛,筛选得到了6株产油脂量高的酵母菌株,其中一株的产油脂量已达到4.44g/L。
After preliminary screening in flat and shake-flask screening, six strains high-yielding lipid were isolated from 20 samples of soil. The lipid productivity of one of the strains have reached 4.44g/L.
