摘要
酪蛋白磷酸肽有促进矿物质的吸收、防止龋齿、促进受精、提高免疫和诱导某些肿瘤细胞凋亡等功能,所以近年来成为研究的热点之一。本文对酪蛋白磷酸肽的功能的研究进展进行了综述。
Casein phosphopeptides had evoked great interesting of scientists in recent years, because it＇ s able to promote absorption of mineral matters, prevent dental caries, promote fertilization, raise immunity, induce apoptosis of tumor cell, and so on. Advances in research of function of casein phosphopeptides were reviewed in this paper.
