This article analyses the forming technical process of the lower rail of windshield in Huanghai large-sized bus and introduces the structure and operating principle of the dies. It also elaborates that we can succeed in design of the qualified dies only by adopting reasonable technical process and determining correct technical process method and structure of the dies.
