摘要 通过对35 MN铝合金卧式挤压机液压控制系统和电器控制系统进行改造,用先进的泵直接传动方式取代原有高能耗的泵——蓄势器方式;采用现阶段最先进的插装阀——集成块连接方式,以减少泄漏,降低能耗;用可编程控制器PLC取代原有继电器——接触器电器控制方式;研制双闭环速度控制系统,减少溢流量,降低发热能耗,达到了提高生产效率、降低能耗的目的。 Through hydraulic control system and electrical control system transformation of the 35 MN horizontal aluminum extrusion machine, by use of advanced direct-pump-drive to replace the higher energy consumption mode of old pump-accumulator to reduce energy consumption; using the most advanced at this stage of the cartridge valve - Manifold Connections to reduce leakage and reduce energy consumption; PLC is used to replace the original relay - the mode of contactor control; with the development of double-loop speed control system to reduce excess overflow and to reduce heat energy consumption so as to reach the achievement that production efficiency is improved and energy consumption is reduced.
