摘要
爆炸胀接是利用火药或者电阻丝(箔)的瞬间爆炸产生的超高压来完成胀接的,由于爆炸过程十分复杂,目前利用静力学和动力学难以对其进行分析。从能量的角度,对小口径管换热设备的爆炸胀接技术进行了探讨,为爆炸胀接的早日推广利用提供理论支持。
The explosion expanding is a tube to tube - sheet joint method that used powder or electric resistance silk (foil), which can produce ultra high pressure via explosion. Because its process is complex, analyses it in static or dynamic theory is difficult at present. The author talks about the small diameter tube expanding technical from the perspective of energy , which can promote explosion expanding widely used earlier.
