摘要
焦炭塔是炼油延迟焦化装置的核心设备,鼓胀变形是其常见的缺陷,鼓胀变形量数据的准确与否对正确评估焦炭塔安全性能起着决定性的作用。对焦炭塔鼓胀变形的机理、部位进行分析,采用一种新的测量和数据处理方法对鼓胀进行精确测量,并对数据图形模拟分析,从而给出焦炭塔鼓胀的准确数据。
The coke column is the key pressure vessel of the oil refining installation, the bulging deformation is usual on the coke column after long time service . It is important for the safety of the coke column that the data of the bulging deformation is accurate. Through experimentation and analyzing the mechanism of the bulging deformation, a way how to measure the bulging deformation was given by the laser electronic total station.
