摘要
在石油储罐制造过程中,埋弧横焊焊接工艺是重要的施工工艺之一,为检验08MnN iVR高强度钢板的工艺适应性,在实验室对08MnN iVR高强度钢板进行了埋弧横焊焊接工艺的焊接模拟试验研究,研究包括焊接接头的力学性能试验、无塑性转变温度NDTT试验、裂纹尖端张开位移(CTOD)试验等,并对焊接接头的金相组织进行了分析,研究结果表明:08MnN iVR高强钢具有良好的埋弧横焊焊接接头性能,可以满足工程的要求。
The SAW is one of major welding process in building a large oil storage tank. In order to investigate the adaptability of 08MnNiVR high strength steel to SAW, the simulately tests in lab were carried out. The tests include mechanical properties of welded joint tests, NDTT test and CTOD test. The results show that the 08MnNiVR high strength steel is suitable for the SAW process, even in 35 -45 kJ/cm heat input welding.
