摘要
通过对厚壁压力容器几何尺寸的分析,选择恰当的超声波K值探头,对整个壁体进行100%的扫查,并结合准确的定位计算,从而制定正确的超声波周向检测工艺。
Through to the thick wall pressure vessel geometry size analysis. The appropriate ultrasonic wave K value prebe head was choosen by analysis of the thick wall pressure vessel size. 100% detection to the entire wall body was carried on and cambined with the accurate localization computation, the process for the correct ultrasonic wave circumferential detection was put forward.
