Process and improvement of a 660 kt/a sulphuric acid plant based on copper smelter off-gas

主要介绍江铜集团贵溪冶炼厂新建660 kt/a铜冶炼烟气制酸系统的概况、工艺流程、工艺特点、设备规格和生产控制,对主要工艺技术及新设备进行评述,同时介绍了在实际生产过程中遇到的一些问题及采取的改进措施。近一年来,该系统运行平稳,各项技术经济指标也基本达到设计要求。

Process, design feature, main equipment and production control of a new 660 kt/a sulphuric acid plant based on copper smelter off-gas in Jiangxi Copper Corporation＇s Guixi Smelter are described and reviewed. Some problems occurring in production were solved through improvements. The sulphuric acid plant has operated smoothly for about one year and all technical and economic indexes satisfied design requirement.
