分析了传统干吸塔在生产中存在的问题,重点介绍利用国产的CS-1高硅奥氏体不锈钢为内衬的新型干吸塔的结构及设计特点。生产实践表明,新型干吸塔运行状况良好,可解决传统干吸塔腐蚀泄漏的问题。

Existing problems with conventional drying and absorption towers m sulpnruric acid plants are analyzed and structure and design features of new drying and absorption towers made of carbon steal shell lined with domestic CS-1 high-silicon austenitic stainless steel sheet are emphatically described. Production practice showed that the new drying and absorption towers run smoothly without corrosion and leakage problem associated with conventional ones.
