摘要
采用TiCl4自生晶种水解法制备纳米二氧化钛,研究了反应物的添加方式和浓度对二氧化钛粉体形貌和晶相的影响,制备了粒径20~30nm,分散性好的球状纳米二氧化钛。用亚甲基蓝的光催化降解研究了最佳条件下所制备的二氧化钛粉体的光催化活性。结果表明:该二氧化钛粉体对亚甲基蓝的光催化降解在100min内可达95%以上,具有较高的光催化活性。
Titania nano-particles were prepared by self-born seed-hydrolysis of TiCl4 at 90 ℃. The phase, size and morphology of these powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction and field emission scanning electron microscopy. The experimental results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: V(TiCI4) / V(H2O) =3/20 (volume ratio) at the formation crystal seed stage ,c[Ti^4T]=0.8 mol/L at the final solution.The mean size of the as-prepared particles obtained under the above optimum conditions was about 20-30 nm, well-dispersed, and the shape of particles was spherical. The photocatalysis property of as-prepared particles under the optimum condition was studied using spectrophotometer and spectrometer. These results showed that the photocatalysis degradation rate of methylene blue could reach 95% in the presence of TiO2 nano-particles.
