热液法低温制备锐钛矿型TiO_2水溶胶 被引量:1

Low-temperature Preparation of Anatase TiO_2 Sol by Hydrothermal Method

摘要 以钛酸四丁酯为原料,采用热液法在低于100℃的条件下制备了锐钛矿型TiO2水溶胶。通过差热分析、X射线衍射和高分辨透射电镜对TiO2粉体进行表征。结果表明:所制备的TiO2粉体均为锐钛矿相,颗粒大小随着热液处理温度的升高而增大,其粒径介于4.8~6.9nm之间。同时,所合成的TiO2具有较高的光催化活性。 The nanocrystalline TiO2 sol in the anatase phase was prepared by hydrothermal method with tetrabutyl titanate below 100 ℃. The synthesized particles were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and high resolution transmission electron microscope (HRTEM). The results showed that the synthesized particles were anatase. The grain size of the particles increased from 4.8 nm to 6.9 nm with the increment of the hydrothermal temperature. At the same time, the synthesized TiO2 showed a good photocatalytic activity.
