摘要
描述了TD-SCDMA综测仪自动计量系统的测试方法,软硬件结构,主要特点。整个系统由GPIB总线连接,用VC++开发,数据保存为Access数据库形式,最后报告为Word格式。本系统在实际工作中已得到了很好的应用,相对于手动测试,提高了测试速度和效率。最后给出一些值得改进的地方。
Firstly, the test methods, software and hardware architecture and main characteristics of TD-SCDMA integrated tester automatic measure system have been described. The system connected by GPIB and developed by VC＋＋, Generate reports in Word format. In actual practice, compares with traditional manual test, this system has better test speed and higher effective.
