胶粘剂中游离甲醛含量检测的影响因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了更好地控制胶粘剂中游离甲醛的检测过程,提高检测结果的准确率,对可能影响游离甲醛测定结果的因素进行分析,并对两种测试标准的检测结果进行对比。研究结果表明,蒸馏时间、比色后放置时间的长短对胶粘剂游离甲醛浓度的测定结果都有一定的影响,蒸馏时间控制在120min、比色后放置时间为40min时较适宜;样品放置天数对胶粘剂游离甲醛浓度的测定结果无直接影响;采用两种标准(GB18583-2001、GB/T14074-2006)对同一样品进行检测,其检测结果基本相当。 In order to control preferably determination process and improve accuracy of determination results for free-formaldehyde content in adhesives, the factors which may have an effect on determination results of free-formaldehyde content were analyzed, and the determination results of two testing standard were contrasted. The research results showed that the influences of distillation time and placed time after color comparison were certain on determination results of free-formaldehyde concentration in adhesives, it was suitable determination condition when distillation time was 120 min, placed time after color comparison was 40 rain. The placed time of samples had no direct effect on determination results of free-formaldehyde concentration in adhesives. Two determination results of free-formaldehyde concentration in adhesives were almost conformable for same sample by GB 18 583- 2001 and GB/T 14 074-2006.
