摘要
陶瓷光纤接口要求外圆与内孔的同轴度1μm、圆度5μm,加工精度达微米级和亚微米级。本文对光纤接口精密同轴加工方法进行介绍,并就光纤接口数控同轴磨床作一些简介。
The machining accuracy requirement on ceramic interface for fibre optics is up to micron and submicron orders, e.g. coaxality of the cylinder and the bore of interface is 1μm and roundness is 0.5μm. A precision coaxal machining process is introducced and a brief introduction is made on the NC coaxal grinding machine for the interface of fibre optic bundle.
