摘要
体全息存储因其存储容量大,传输速率快,寻址时间短等诸多优点成为下一代存储器发展的主要方向之一.本文主要从控制系统和编码技术等方面对体全息存储技术进行了研究,所用的存储材料为单掺铁系列铌酸锂晶体.采用了一套实用的体全息存储控制系统.分析并比较了几种不同的编码方案,得出了适合全息存储系统的最佳编码方案.搭建了一套完整的存储光路.详细研究了模拟图像的存储和编码格图的存储,并对存储光路中的噪声进行了分析.
Because of its huge storage capacity, fast date transfer rates, short addressing time and many other advantages, volume holographic storage is one of the major directions of the development of the next generation storage. We study the volume holographic technology mainly from control system and coding technologies etc and use Fe single doped lithium niobate crystals as storage materials. For control system, we adopt a applied volume holographic storage control system. We analyze and compare several different coding schemes, finally find the best coding scheme for the holographic storage system. And we build a complete storage system. We study the storage of simulate image and coding image at length, and analyze the noise of the storage system.
