摘要
通过对IRMCF341芯片运动控制引擎专用控制模块的分析,采用锁相环结构对转子位置进行跟踪估算和母线电流检测方法,设计了永磁同步电动机位置传感器驱动控制系统,试验结果表明,本系统准确地实现了无位置传感器的换向控制,提高了系统的可靠性,具有良好的性能.
Through the analysis of the chip IRMCF341 which is the special engine model for Motion Control, estimation of the motor position by PLL(phase lock loops) and the measurement of mother bus current, the sensorless driving system of PMSM is designed experiments show that the system successfully and accurately achieves the commutation, improves the reliability and has good performances.
