数控车床主轴箱异常噪声原因及解决

摘要 根据数控车床主轴箱结构特点及实际拆检情况的分析,找出了主轴箱产生异常噪声的主要原因,并对主轴轴承预紧量与轴承寿命、主轴刚性之间关系等进行了分析,采取了相应的控制措施,使主轴箱异常噪声得以有效解决,实践证明。 An Unusual noice is emited sometime from the spindle box of the lathe. Source of the unusual noice is found out by analysis the structure features of the spindle box with practical disassembly and detail inspection. Analysis is made on the relation between preload of the spindle bearings, working life of the bearings and rigidity of the spindle. Coresponding measures are applied and the unusual noice in spindle box is effectively resolved. It shows the solution is universality to a certain extent.
