Based on the actuality of the current ecological tourism, the paper posts the existing problems of its development, such as： in order to increase the economic benefit, exploit the area of tourism in blindness, and ignore the protection of ecological resources; imbalance of ecological tourism in season; the absence in the management of ecological tourism, makes the failure of protection of some plants and creatures resources and imbalances the system of the ecological environment and so on. Finally, based on the existing problems and the new situations, the management of ecological tourism has given. Firstly, legalization of the use of resources, meanwhile realize the type of traveling resources. Secondly, establish and carry out the statutes of the management in tourism areas. The establishment of authoritative institution makes sure the management of tourism areas. The ecological management of tourism areas should be regarded to enhance the management, and to create truly sustainable ecological tourism.
