摘要
采用三维建模软件Pro/E建立三维实体模型,利用FLUENT6.0大型计算流体力学软件,采用非结构化四面体网格,利用动坐标系技术,采用k-ε湍流模型和SIMPLE算法,对新型流线型两叶片XCK搅拌器进行了流场模拟,分析了全罐的速度矢量图,并对该新型搅拌叶片处于不同安装高度的搅拌流场进行了对比,发现轴流式叶轮比径流式叶轮的搅拌效果要好.计算结果表明,该新型搅拌器流场为轴对称,属于轴流式搅拌器;该新型搅拌叶片安装在搅拌罐中部时,轴向流最突出,搅拌循环最明显.
The inner flow of a new-type streamline shape XCK mixer with two blades was simulated by using unstructured-tetrahedron grid and MRF technology in Fluent 6.0. The flow characters of the mixer at different heights installation were compared. The mixing effects by axial-flow blade and runoff-flow blade were compared, and the former showed better mixing effect than the latter. Results show that the mixer's flow is axial-symmetrical and the axial-flow is the most prominent as the mixing blades are fixed in the center of the mixing tank.
