摘要
根据重力沉降原理以及往复泵曲柄连杆的运动规律,在传统往复杂浆泵的往复密封与液缸之间设计了一油隔离重力沉降器,能够使泄漏的杂质颗粒大部分在沉降器内沉降,防止固体颗粒进入往复运动副中,消除固体颗粒对柱塞及填料造成磨损破坏,延长柱塞及填料的寿命,解决往复杂浆泵磨损难题,提升往复杂浆泵产品的可靠性.根据往复杂浆泵现有工况设计计算得到了该沉降器的具体尺寸,并对沉降器内部流场进行了CFD数值模拟,得到杂质颗粒的运动轨迹和速度场,验证了这种重力沉降器对微小颗粒都有很好的沉降效果.此研究为合理设计往复杂浆泵用高效沉降器提供了参考.
According to the gravity principles and the movement of crank and linking reciprocating mud pump, a gravity settling vessel is designed to prevent the solid particles into reciprocating pairs, to eliminate the damage of plunger and fitter caused by wear, and to improve the reliability. The numerical simulation of the inner flow field is done, and the trajectory and velocity field of solid particles are obtained, The results show the good performance of the vessel although the mud oarticles are verv small.
