摘要
运用改变传动路线的斜齿轮—电磁离合器变速方案,以提高主轴计算转速,降低其计算扭矩,获得齿轮节圆处计算接触应力的减小;增加齿轮副的重合度,提高传动平衡性。
By using the design of helical gear driving and electromagnetic clutch speed changer to raise the calculated spindle speed to reduce the calculated torque and contacting stress at the pitch diameter of gear, so that contact area is incresed, driving stability is improved and the fatigue failure of gear is eliminated.
