摘要
针对上犹江水电厂4号水轮机转轮叶片运行过程中产生裂纹问题进行了原因分析,采用碳弧气刨清除裂纹再用不锈钢焊条进行补焊的方法,取得了良好的效果。
Analyzed the cause of #4 runner ＇s vanes crackled in the process of running, stainless steel electrode to weld vanes is applied when the crackles had been eliminated by using carbon arc air gouging .The method is indicated efficient and useful.
