摘要
分布式冷、热、电联供系统是一种建立在能源梯级利用概念的基础上,将发电、制冷、供热及过程一体化的多联供能系统。介绍了分布式供能系统节能、环保、安全、投资少、满足用户多样化需求等优势,分析了南方电网应用分布式供能技术在节能减排、缓解电网峰谷矛盾、提高电网应急能力等方面的重要意义及应用可行性,并对南方电网发展分布式供能技术提出了具体建议。
The distributed energy supply system is a combined cooling, heating and power supply system based on the concept of cascade energy utilization. This paper describes the advantages of the system such as saving energy, protecting environment, being secure, using less investment and satisfying diversified needs of customers. The great significance of the system in such aspects as saving energy, reducing emission, keeping balance between peak-load and off-peak load, improving the emergency handling capability in China Southern Power Grid as well as the application feasibility are analyzed. Specific suggestions on developing distributed energy supply technique in China Southern Power Grid are presented as well.
