摘要
利用SF6气体动态离子分析仪和气相色谱仪,对广州供电局管辖的220kV及以上六氟化硫组合电器所有气室的SF6气体进行了杂质普查工作。在此次普查的所有气体样品中,动态离子法共测出95个不合格样品,不合格率为19.16%;气相色谱法共测出65个不合格样品,不合格率为12.08%。测试结果表明:随着投运年限的增加,SF6气体的合格率趋于降低;在不同的运行年限里,各不同程度的故障产生的概率在故障发生总概率中的比例相近;不论各个变电站的运行年限如何,灭弧气室的气体不合格率均小于无灭弧气室。
The composition of sulphur hexafluoride (SF6) which is used in the gas insulated switchgear (GIS) of 220 kV or above in Guangzhou power grid is analyzed by SF6 dynamic ion analyser and gas chromatography. The results from the dynamic ion analyser show that 95 samples, or 19. 16% of all the samples, are not up to standard, and the gas chromatography results show 65 unqualified samples, accounting for 12.08% of all the samples. It is shown that the SF6 upto-standard rate decreases with increasing working time of the equipment, and the occurring probability of gas pollution with different degree is similar during the working time; the underproof ratio of gas in the arc-extinguishing chamber is lower than that in common chamber despite different ages of substations.
