摘要
华能海门电厂规划建设的超超临界燃煤发电机组采用以海水为抽送介质的循环水泵。针对海水对金属设备所具有的强腐蚀性,为保障水泵的可靠性和使用寿命,对海水的腐蚀特点以及各种耐海水腐蚀材料的特性进行了深入的研究、分析,认为海门电厂新建机组中与海水接触部位的循环水泵零件应采用双相不锈钢材料,并推荐采用00Cr22Ni5Mo3N双相不锈钢,该材料的抗点蚀性能因数为36,抗间隙腐蚀性能因数为42,能够满足海门电厂循环水泵对耐海水腐蚀性能的要求。
Several ultra-supercritical coal-fired power generating units are to be built in Huaneng Haimen Power Plant. The circulating water pumps use seawater as the medium. Because of the high corrosion of seawater to metal equipments, in order to ensure the reliability and service life of the circulating water pumps, a deep research into the corrosion characteristic of seawater and the seawater corrosion resistance of materials is done in this paper. After the research, duplex stainless steels are considered to be used as the materials of circulating water pump parts which are contacted with seawater. The use of 00Cr22NiSMo3N duplex stainless steel is recommended, whose pitting resistance factor is 36 and the gap corrosion resistance factor is 42, meeting the demand of seawater corrosion resistance of circulating water pumps in Huaneng Haimen Power Plant.
