摘要
研究了悬浮浇注对模拟大断面球铁试块石墨形态及凝固特性的影响,并初步分析了悬浮浇注的作用机理。试验结果表明,悬浮浇注可明显改善大断面球铁的石墨形态和凝固特性。
The effect of suspension pouring process on the graphite morphology and the solidification behavour of a specimen simulating the heavy section ductile iron casting was investigated. The effect mechanism of suspension pouring process was approached. The results of experiments showed that suspension pourlng process could obviously improve the graphite morphology and the solidification behaviour.
