摘要
采用膏剂法和粉末法在小型簿钢板上进行了渗铝试验.结果表明,渗层性质除了取决于渗铝温度、保温时间、渗剂成分外,还与渗入方法、渗箱的密封性有关.渗铝钢板弯曲后渗层不发生开裂的能力与渗层厚度/板厚的比有关;板厚一定,随渗层厚度增加,弯曲时渗层易发生开裂.经920℃×6h粉末法渗铝的薄板试样弯曲至半径为10mm圆弧时,渗层完好。
The pack and the paste aluminizing for small-size cold-rolled sheets have been tested. Experimental results show that the properties of the aluminized layer not only depend on aluminizing temperature, holding time and composition of the agent, but on used methods and seal ability of the pack box. The bending ability of aluminized sheet is related to the ratio of surface layer thickness to sheet thickness. With the increase of the layer thickness, it is easier to generate cracks on the sheet surface as the sheet is bent. The sheet, pack-aluminized at 920℃ for 6 hours, can be bent to arch form with 10mm radius and no crack on the sheet surface is observed.
